Transport Rule for Spam & phishing emails

Transport Rule for Spam & phishing emails

We have investigated the issue on our end and found that the automated email being received to your ID.

This is because is due to a phishing email with malicious content is sent to your ID.

The Office 365 Microsoft Exchange has filtered the content automatically and shared you the details regarding the filtered content.

Since your domain or ID has received multiple emails, hence you have received similar emails multiple times.

To avoid such spam or phishing emails in future to your domain, kindly add the email format in attachment to the transport rules on your Exchange panel.

Blocking such known emails will avoid entering malicious content or known spam emails to your domain.
